Arts Class Enrollment

Online Method
This is a 2-step process. First, fill out the enrollment form and pay online (see link below). Second, after you pay online, you'll be directed to a student information form that must be completed and submitted to finalize enrollment.

Paper Method
Fill out the form (see forms below) and mail it with your check to CAL. You also may drop off the form with your payment at CAL, 207 S. Ninth Street.
