Voters can cast their ballots online at AmericanStyle's official survey or by picking up a ballot in the August issue of the magazine, which hits newsstands on June 23, 2009.

Friday April 16: Cancellation deadline for full refunds
Friday June 4: Artists may arrive and set up from 12 noon.
